nex 6 & AEL button customization

In the nex 7, I've set it to manual focus mode but programmed the AF/MF button to activate autofocus when it is pushed and held down.

Can the AEL button on the nex 6 be configured to activate autofocus when the camera is in manual focus mode just as the nex 7 can?
