Looking for a P&S disguised as a video camera - The Usual suspects SX260, ZS20 & HX30

listed in order of importance

HD Video - DW asked for a video camera, I figured I try to get a nice P&S out of the deal

Stereo mic -

Fixed lens -

Wide angle (24-25mm) - big family

GPS - quick & Easy to use

Tele (20x) - otherwise I probably would have gotten the S100

Image quality

Any of these cameras would do the job for me  - I'm not a pixel peeper

Canon PowerShot SX260 HS

Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS20

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX30V

Here's the rub, my next priority would be High speed which would eliminate the Sony but My wife really likes the WiFi (which would make the Sony the only option)

High speed has to trump WiFi so let's say we're down to the usual suspect. which is it going to be, the SX260 or ZS20
