Problem with Lightroom4 4.3 patch

It looks like the latest Lightroom patch has disabled my NEX-7 presets. Like "Faithful" "Landscape" "Leica" "Positive film" etc etc.

Does anyone know how to get them back or know where to copy them to as I still have the original zip file?
