PC-E Why does Nikon let Canon crush it in this area?

Maybe movements, but not optics...

My copy of 24 PC-E is excellent... But it is the second copy. First was really bad.

I get used to the "freedom of movements" while working with 4x5" camera, but with small frame and big DOF there's no big urge to use them both in the same time. Following this  - 17 mm shift doesn't need tilt.

Yes, I would like to have ts-e II type lens. But I've bought mine in a very good moment, so second PC-E with different direction of "T vs S" would be cheaper than new 24 TS-E II (without camera).
