In that case the download you need to install will look like this: - SilkyRFCInstaller (2).exe - or similar - in other words, if you are still installing a file from the downloads folder which does not have a number attached, you are, indeed, installing the original file you downloaded into that folder ages ago, not the latest one.

Have a look at the downloads folder using Windows Explorer to see if I am right.
