What would I gain from FX?

I am using a D7000 (just switched from olympus) and so I far like it. It's different and took some adjusting but have started getting some good shots from it.

I mainly either shoot images to display on the web at smaller resolutions (I don't post full size images for pixel peeping, I display for the image itself and at 100% no monitor can "display the image") or I print in modest sizes, mostly in the 8X10 to 11X14 range.

Given my final output, is there anything to gain going from DX to FX in practical terms? And if so, what? I am not real strong so not interested in using super heavy camera/lens combinations. My initial thoughts are, DX is probably plenty for the print sizes I make. Is there something else I am missing here?
