I bought the Voigtlander 28mm VF for my DP1M and found my old hoodman works better when I need to block out the sun on the LCD. I do a lot of close nature scenes and the paralexe effect is to variable to use reliable. When I bought the DP2M , I passed on the VF. Since I plan to get the closeup lens adapter, I would have the same problem. Most days, the LCD is quite visible.

I thought the Sigma VF had lines that corrected for paralax?
I guess a hoodman would help for glare issues, but you're still not able to brace the camera against your face.
