Is selling a 40D to get a New 60D @$699 a good upgrade?

i would keep the 40d  and get the 8-16 sigma - . It is a vg lens . I would not sell - if that is your intention - the 70-200 f4 . It is a great lens . with thse and 17-55 is  2.8 - would you not be well covered for most situations . maybe later get the 60 d . I have 40 d and 60 d - both fine cameras ,
