software for my d200 photos

i have had various advice on which software to use to process the RAW files i am currently taking with my d200. the camera is set to take RAW + fine jpeg but i am not downloading anything until i have some suitable software in place.

i have put snapseed on my mobile and i think it is great fun to use and it sure can change a image for the better.

what im looking for is software for my pc that is about as complicated as snapseed for mobiles. here are some of the options given to me:

nikon view nx2

lightroom

photoshop

coral

get a mac pc

im at a loss which to go for, i dont want anything that will strain my brain, i want simple, i want easy, i want to enjoy processing my photos.

remember, i am pretty much a technophobe.

i really need some help with this one please!!!!
