UWA for the D600 - Nikon 16-35 vs Tokina 17-35

Hello everyone, this is my first post here!

I am planning to get an UWA for my nikon d600 in the near future but I am not sure which to get.

I've been thinking about the nikon 16-35 but i then found an alternative from tokina which is the 17-35

Is the price difference between the two worth it?

And if any of you would like to suggest some alternatives (primes and zooms) i would certainly appreciate it.

However, I prefer lenses that accepts filters as i use the lee graduated ND for most of my landscape work
