Hi folks,

just wanted to share my experience whit the Hähnl customer support.

*Spoiler Alert*: This might sound like advertisement, but I think we should not only share bad experiences!

I own a Hähnl Giga Pro II camera remote control. Two weeks ago I used its wireless capabilities for the first time and only got 3 Meters of range out of it. I wrote a short Mail to the Hähnl customer support and the problem got fixed amazingly fast.

Protocol:

  • Sent my mail
  • Immediate answer with a detailed guide to test if I use the product right
  • Replied with the observed results
  • Immediately mailed a replacement cable to rule out this source of error before I would have to sent in the whole product
  • Cable arrived the next day
  • Problem solved

Summary:

  • Fastest support response times ever observed by me
  • Friendly contact (gave me the feeling that my problem is taken care of)
  • Free of cost replacement cable to avoid unnecessary mail in
