lack of good tele in m4/3 world?

i was looking all the lenses available for the m4/3 cameras. I realized that there are a lot of good lenses (mainly prime) for wide-range but what i can't find is a good tele solution.

i was planning to change the 12-50mm kit lens of the olympus that i really dont like so much. The only pros is that is weather sealed.

i was planning the following: panasonic 20mm (concerned about the banding issue with omd), the olympus 45mm and a good tele....but i'm struggling to find one.

I think that with 3 lens like this you can cover all the situation...panorama/architecture/city shots, portraits, sport/action/long range

Any suggestions?
