Switching from AdobeRGB to sRGB ...What now?
|
so for the last two years I found it would be a good idea to shoot adobeRGB (more colors and such). But now I read more and more reasons why sRGB would be the better choice to use.
Its easy enough to use sRGB from now on, but the issue is all the other photos I have ..
My current workflow is like this:
Shoot AdobeRGB -> Process in AdobeRGB on an AdobeRGB monitor -> Export to sRGB for web, printing and so forth.
If I start shooting in sRGB I would then process in sRGB and set the monitor to sRGB, but then whenever I work on an older photo I would have to look up if it was taken in adobe or sRGB and change the monitor profile and change it back for the next photo.
This seems a bit painful ... Are there any better options for me?
cheers
Matt
