Elinchrom D-Lite 4it Problem

This is my first post so HELLO!

Ok, i shot an event last week with 3 "D-Lite 4 it" flashes and had a real issue with consistency of the flashes firing.

Just for help with answering the question, i was shooting with a Canon 60D and a elinchrom remote in the hot-shoe.

I shot over 10 days and everything was great but on 3 occasions, as i said before, i had massive problems with the flashes firing together. Sometimes they'd all fire, other times only one would and sometimes none would! What was also odd was that the eye cell was on so the other two flashes could fire upon seeing the initial flash but they also wouldn't work on these three days.

In the end i had to hook up one of the flashes up via a cable, alter my settings and work without the other two flashes.

So out of that i have two questions, is it possible to run the three flashes via a cable, or some kind of multiple hot shoe adaptor so i don't need to worry about connectivity issues if it occurs again.

Secondly, The odd thing i found was that on these three occasions i had the issues, they were all in areas with free public wifi as i was in big public areas. Could free wifi, or a bunch of other frequencies getting thrown around in the area affect the three flashes talking together?
