Next toy coming?

Pentax came out with the 16 MP CMOS sensor camera actually about the same time as Nikon.  I think the K5 was October of 2010 and the D7000 was September of 2010.  So they were under development at the same time.  Since Nikon came out with the 24 MP Aps/c sensor D3200 already several months ago, I don't think Pentax is going there.  Also the 24 MP FF has now been out since September so the clock is also running out on that one.  Removing the AA filter may very well be the way they go or there is an entirely new sensor under development for them.  Remember Canon's rumoured 46 MP FF sensor.  What a shocker if Pentax has that one under development now as well.  Or a more affordable medium format.  Who knows.
