Actually, I have a feeling that it might be a tad out of focus, big stopper shots have to be done in manual focus and big zooms can go out of focus pretty easily.

Steve, I added '-6' vertical distortion in Photoshop but the left side needed more vertical correction than the right and my trial run of DxO had expired.

One thing I've found since using zooms is the extra editing I have to do correction distortion.

I'm seriously considering buying a couple of primes, a 35 and 20 to replace the 24-70 and 14-24.

The zooms are really convenient but optically less than stellar IMO.
