Sensor Loupe for cleaning necessary?

I was looking at some sensor cleaning accessories.  The magnifying loupes can range in price from about $40 up while I can pick up a small pocket magnifier with LED light for about $8.  OK, so the more expensive loupes do have more lights, but other than that is there really a big difference worth spending the extra money on, or is it just another specialty product that commands more money because it is for "photographers."
