My first reaction to your photo was not favorable but after a couple of looks I get it. It has a nice feeling, contrasting beauty (flower) with ugliness (dirty window). From your comment I think you were trying to express that the flower is beautiful but people don't seem to see it that way because it is classified as weed, hence the filter on top of the image.
