ACR or Lightroom noise reductionfor 5d MARK III

Hi everyone,

I'm new to a a 5D Mark III and use DPP for my basic RAW conversion (WB, noise reduction, no shappening) and then transfer the photos to CS6. I'm considering moving to ACR but my main concern is with the use of luminance anc chroma noise reduction sloiders. With DPP, some noise reduction is apply to the RAW files (depending of ISO) and you can tweak them to taste.

Could someone tell me typical values of these 2 sliders for shot from IOS 100 to ISO 6400. I know that it can be different depending of the subject but it would help me very helpful to me to know more about ACR noise reduction valiues for my camera.
