Need help. What am I doing wrong to get these blurry images? D7000 + 50mm 1.8 nikkor.

You guys are so kind and of great help. I take in all the suggestions and will apply them. They are all very logical. The question is: why was I not logical? I have very little practice.

Someone suggested 4000 ISO. Is that not a bit too much for the D7000? I wish I had the D600 or D800, but I don't and I am not a consumist, so I will try to keep the D7K as long as I can. THat would be the only question I have now.
