Hi,

I'm new to the forum and i'm looking for a little assitance after doing some research for the past week on which camera I should purchase (waiting till after christmas of course!).

I would like a compact system so that i can carry it around at all times, an internal flash, preferably a viewfinder and a large sensor (I ruled out the Nikon 1 because of this).

Any suggestions against the NEX 6 would be appreciated, the NEX 7 is a little too expensive and the 5N/5R doesn't have the internal flash or viewfinder.

Thanks!

Limited lens selection & large size as a kit.

Body and lens size make no sense together.  The larger sensor means a larger lens (physics) while the body is very small.  The result is a akward combo of a small body and a not so small lens, assuming they even make the right type of lens for you.

If you are after a small kit, then a camera based on a smaller sensor would make more sense.  Such as the Nikon v2 or Olympus PEN E-PL5 (or the OM-D if you want a viewfinder, etc)
