O I found the article I remembered about settings for the F200EXR and also the X10 and XF1, so that may be useful - at http://kimletkeman.blogspot.com/2009/10/fuji-f70exr-how-to-shoot-it-mkii.html

PS. The best and last of the EXR series btw (better than the 100fd etc) is the S200EXR - with raw support, fast shooter, no need to wait for the lens to extend - so near instantaneous shooting (set at EXR HIgh ISO low noise and the appropriate ISO setting, 1600 or 400 ASA depending on light)
