Lightroom and OS X Mountain Lion: Compatibility Issues?

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 as well as Light Room 3. I've been warned that there are serious compatibility issues with using Lightroom and Apple's latest OS (X Mountain Lion). I am currently running OS X.8.6.

Please advise me. Much appreciated.
