Olympus customer support: EM-5 cracked screen bezel defect does not affect dust or splash proofing

Add one more to the long list.  I also have the cracked bezel on a babied and near mint EM-5 bought last summer.  Thanks for letting me know not to waste my time with Olympus USA for repair(for now).  I have no worries as it doesn't affect anything.
