It's a good photo. The child's face is perfectly framed, the shutter speed just right to catch a bit of blur from the movement, the aperture a good choice to blur the background. If the background were even further out of focus, it would be good - but you can't have everything perfect unless you're in a controlled environment like a studio. I think you did very well for a street scene where things were probably moving quickly and unpredictably.
You might think about cropping the other photographer off the right, making the photo more or less square. The child's expression is the heart of the photo. It shows eagerness and pride. Good work!
