Customer Service Issues at Adorama

IMO, Adorama pays lip service to the phrase, but their employees have no idea what "customer service" means or how to execute.

It appears that there is no ownership of a problem when it comes to resolving issues that were readily avoidable or are easily solved.

I tried repeatedly to head off a "wrong item" issue before it developed -- both by phone and in repeated e-mails -- yet no one paid sufficient attention.

And after shipping me the wrong product, which was ordered correctly over a month earlier, all I got was boilerplate "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" and other meaningless promises.  Now they expect me to wait until mid January for an item which is and has been available at their major competitor!  Totally an unacceptable experience.  No mas, Adorama!
