Noise Reduction Feature "Better Quality 2012" in Capture NX2 - What settings do you use ?

This feature has been added to version 2.3.4 of CNX2 . Camera settings/noice reduction/better quality 2012. It works with my D50, D70, D90 RAWs and most likely with all other (newer) Nikon RAWs. I think this feature is a great improvment, but I am not quite sure about the settings intensity (0-100)  and sharpness (50 basis setting). So far I don’t change sharpness (50) and put intensity between 0-50. Your input is higly appreciated.
