D3200 sensor help

I took some landscape shots using some fairly small aperture, and noticed I have some dust on the sensor. I cleaned and tried other lenses all the same spots. I tried blowing the sensor off, seemed to help some. My question is has anyone cleaned their sensor, and if so is it a pretty straight forward easy process. I am nervous to try it myself but there are no more brick and mortar camera shops anywhere close to me anymore that I could take it too. Any feedback would be appreciated.
