The version you bought includes the plugins. The version the OP is talking about doesn't include the plugins.

Exactly.
Since Lightroom plug-ins don't usually truly integrate into lightroom in that they do destructive editing, it occurred to me that the cheaper version of the suite may be almost as good as the lightroom version. You just lose the convenience of the automatic handoff of the photo from lightroom to onone.
But the full version, that plugs into photoshop, I assume allows you to do things like use layers to control the effects. I was hoping that people who own these tools could weigh in how important they feel the flexibility of the plug-in version is.
