Need help with a firmware update.

I've updated all my cameras with no problem until now. I decided to update the firmware on mu old ds so it could use hcsd cards. I downloaded the firmware them double clicked on the self extracting file and it brings up a window that says Winsfx32M install directory. When I click ok on the the window disappears and I don't get the 2 files that are supposed to be extracted. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
