Hi Carlgo,  Look at the Cotton Carrier product line at http://www.cottoncarrier.com/

The camera is held very close to your chest by a body strap with a fitting that attaches to your camera's tripod connector.  The camera cannot accidentally come loose. You must rotate the camera body by 90 degrees the pull up to release it.  With a little practice, this operation can be carried out while riding or when stopped while still astride your bike.  I use mine mainly with my Canon 7D. - John C.
