Many companies, and,even governments, practice denial in the hope that the compalienant will doubt their own judgement and go away.

I asked Fuji in Australia about the white orb problem on the X10. There has been a fix for this, which, seems to reduce the problem. I asked Fuji how would i know which cameras were ok. They couldn't tell me.

My Peugeot 307 has a highly inaccurate trip computer. It calculates fuels consumption in a manner which seems to give random errors of between 3 and 10%. (Our VW Golf is accurate to within 2%). I have spent years trying to get sense out of Peugeot Australia on this issue, I am met with either denial, or, what do you expect, its an indication..

Denial is, sadly, a fact of customer relationship management

I experience it all the time.

This s why I am sticking with my D700.. its sorted out, I think.
