Nikon UK position on the D600 dust issue

Nikon are well aware of the problems with the D600 and D800 but have chosen to ignore them.

As someone who is in line for either of these I too may elect to rather buy the 6D/5DIII.

I would prefer Nikon due to the outstanding sensor but the thought of having to cope with the persistent QC problems is discouraging. Canon seems the safer option.
