Question about trouble saving Leica files in Photoshop file/trouble importing via Lightroom 4 also

-Could not complete this operation. A write permission error has occurred- Photoshop

I took some pics with the Leica M9, Summicron 50 today at the Art Basel show in miami today.

I used DNG, tried to import into Lightroom 4 and I got a message that the files could not be imported because they could not be read.

I switched to Photoshop 5, was able to see files, retouch them, and save them. When  I tried to save the pics for the web, I got the above error message.

Any help would be appreciated.
