The Sunday BIRD Volume 8, Issue 25: December 9, 2012

Hi all!

I haven't had a whole lot of luck lately, but I caught a nice Red-bellied Woodpecker (still not sure why they didn't name it 'Red-capped Woodpecker') the other day. The pics turned out okay, but I they were better.

I also tried my hand at BIF again - this time on some Ring-billed Gulls. And this time the results were much better than they have been (which isn't saying much), but still far below what I want them to be. I probably should have focused more on faster shutter speed. Let me know what you think ... be brutal if you have to. lol
