The problem here is that its almost impossible to achieve your aims. I dont mean to be rude but your requirements are as demanding as an astronomer.

Picture this, a moon pr planet in the night sky appears to be bigger than a bug 50 to 100m away. Yet astronomers need ultra telescopes to view the moon or planet. So you would need even more to view bugs. And these setups cost thousands of dollars. Insects are also moving too. So its almost impossible
