Keep 24-105mm and add 35mm is or sell it? And buy the 24-70mm II?

I like the 24-105mm lens, but not for indoors and in low light settings. There are so many of these on CL in SF bay area that the price has plummeted to the low 700s or below.

The 35mm is or even the 28mm is would fill the void.

Or do I just buy the 24-70mm II.

Thoughts?
