D4 and the Bald Eagles of Alaska

Great shots!!!!!!  I notice you used manual exposure, how did you measure for exposure before capture?  Also how much if any are the images cropped?  I've had trouble with exposure since birds have a white head and dark brown feathers so usually the feathers on my shots don't show as much detail as I would like.
