Where can I get a copy of the original software CD for the DiMage Elite 5400 II scanner?

I bought a 5400 II scanner a few years ago and used it only slightly.  I am now retired and have time to scan a BUNCH of old slides and color negatives.

But, BIG PROBLEM!  My computers (XP and Win7) have been reinstalled since the original scanner installation.  Now the software CD has gone missing!  I've searched high and low and it's nowhere to be found.

Does anyone have the original disk and is it possible to get a copy?  I don't need Photoshop, just the Minolta drivers and utilities.  I have the scanner, power adapter, cables, manual, film carriers, and everything else.  Just no software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm aware that SilverLight and VueScan are possible options, but I want to use the Minolta stuff if I can.  An internet search has turned up nothing.
