When you generate your own ICC profiles using the ColorMunki, your print the profile target prints using whatever Media type fits the prints.  I my case I only use a Glossy, Matte, or Luster setting depending upon the paper type.  If I have a Fine Art paper I use a Matte setting and would choose Ultra Premium Presentation matte, the Matte Black ink (MK), and you can even custom adjust how much ink that you want laid down on the paper to fine tune the outcome.

This lets me choose any feeder, top or front.

I do the same for the Glossy and Satin/Luster papers.  There is no need to use the exact Epson media types to generate your custom ICC profiles.

This trick also works well for Canon printer owners where they have a mandated 35mm blank page border when they choose Fine Art media settings.  Custom ICC profiles allow you to get to borderless prints.

I hope that this all makes sense, if not ask more questions.
