It's soft but who cares?

I'd planned to go to Budapest for the European Cross Country and delivered my daughter Lizzie there and was to get a later flight, but it was not to be because of a fire in Budapest Airport and Ryanair cancelling the flight. Most of the teams had great difficulty getting there. I'd big photographic plans etc.

Had to go back to Cork and watch it on TV. It went well. Fionnuala Britton won the individual gold and to everyone's surprise Ireland also won the team gold, Lizzie being the fourth scorer. Had she been a place lower, it would've been silver.

This is her beyond delighted with Fionnuala, who had to sing her national anthem twice in a few minutes.
