No, the AF is not as good as a DSLR regardless of what you see in reviews.  This is especially apparent with any kind of focus tracking or exposure metering through any kind of burst shots.  Even with the new PDAF sensor it's still not as accurate as DSLR systems and it drops the burst rate down to around 1.5 fps.

Unless you really are looking into moving to a smaller/lighter system I wouldn't abandon all the glass you already have for the Nikon system.  I'd just pick up one of the smaller Nikon DSLRs like the D7000 or D5100/D5200.  Again, this is purely under the mentality that you're not fully looking in moving to a new system.
