Horrible, horrible customer service at Camtech in Montreal

Mfoto you make a really valid point, It really depends on the staff and one person can make or break a business on their interaction with a new customer.

I would say in this scenario with people praising Camtech it could be one individual which unfortunately wasn't up to the mark. I'm sure as people have said the owners would be horrified.
