What mode is your camera most often in? Why?

On my camera you can still adjust A or S in P mode and you still have to think about exposure compensation but this mode does mean that you can shoot images quickly not worrying about manual mode settings. If I am taking pictures of fast moving children I will often use P mode and adjust settings to be sure I have enough shutter speed to capture their motion.
