Thanks Daryl, it's great to hear that the ideas in the blog are useful. In Istanbul some shopkeepers shouted, "boook, boook" at me when I passed their store because they had heard about the little book from other shopkeepers and wanted to see it.

They each come with a resealable shrink wrap covering so you can slip your business card in to cover the blank bak side and then they make great promo pieces. I gave one with my card like that to the director two days ago of the camp I'm staying with at Kumb Mela -- that world's biggest festival that i write about in other posts.

I couldn't figure out how Windows users can make them, but if someone knows they can link it in here. The key thing is that the printing quality on these book is equal to the larger books.
