I need some help!!!

Hey photographers!!

I had my wedding shot on 9/14/12 and still have yet to see even a single photo. We have a signed contract, without a delivery date (stupid, i now know). On October 13 my photographer sent me an email and advised me that my photos were done, and that she just had to upload them to her blog and fb. We waited, and waited, and it never happened. Shortly after my husband called, and she answered and gave him a bunch of excuses "a family death" and "her hard drive crashed" and that she would contact me the next day. We never received any phone calls. I started doing my research, and she has posted gallerys of other weddings that were after our wedding day. She wont return phone calls, emails, or any form of communication. I really liked her. And as a fellow artist, I totally don't want to sue her!! I totally understand they take a while to edit. But a wedding that was a week after ours has been posted on her fb. Am I being unreasonable? Ahhhh someone help me!!!
