Get Lightroom 4. All you do is pick the images you want process. import the batch..
Already during import you can make slight adjustments to WB like cooler or warmer.

I tend to just import and go to develop. If you have a bunch of images with similar lighting condition you can just select them all and correct the WB, adjust the images all in one go..

And if there is an image that needs more serious fixing like use some plugins lightroom don't have or removing unwanted things that a spot heal/clone tool can't do you can right click the image and edit in photoshop.
It will make a new copy of the raw image witch you edit in PS. Once you done you just close/save. The new edited image is now grouped with the original image. And you just click the number of grouped images on the thumbnail of the edited image to just collapse it to show just 1 image. Also during export only the Photoshop edited would be exported and not the original.

Once your done with your images. Export it, and your done
