RX1 in Paris (+good price opportunity)

RX1's definitely a pricey gear, but for fellow Parisians, there's an opportunity to get it quite discounted : for a few days (I don't know how much time, I don't work for them) Parisian' Sony Store gives you 20€ off for every 100€ spent...that's 20% off, which makes the RX1 about the same price as in the US ! Got mine for about 2,5K with extended warranty, external battery charger and two spare batteries.

When I bought it they had *very* limited stock, but I guess one can at least order it and get the discount....

I have to say I'm really impressed so far. It's a real little marvel with stunning IQ. I had the opportunity to try a lot of different cameras from all form factors and all prices, trying to find the one that'll meet my needs between portability and IQ (RX100, X2, D600, D800, D800E, 5DmkIII, X-E1). RX1 isn't flawless : I miss integrated EVF, tiltable screen, interchangeable lens, a beefier grip and a better battery life, but still, IQ is amazing, AF really snappy, manual focusing really usable in a package really tiny (it fits in a (winter jacket ^^) pocket) and is completely silent, which is perfect for the kind of shots I take.
