Reconsider what you're trying to do

This is one of those requirements that should be deferred to your paid-professional videographers.  You're talking about something that begs for a budget of more than £250,000, and why are you trying to do this from more than 100 m away?  What if something gets in the way?  You can't just move the camera position.  You'd have to tear everything down and put it back up in a new position, which also costs lots of money, and by the time you reset, the bugs will be gone.  That doesn't make sense.  You'll also have to deal with any heat disturbances, which can totally blur a photograph from that distance.  Also, focusing would have to be precise, much more so than a regular photograph at the supertelephoto distance.

Regular camera lenses that may work would be the Canon 800 f/5.6 and Sigma 200-500 f/2.8 with the 2X teleconverter, assuming that you have a camera like the Canon 1D.  Realistically, you'll need to talk to the people working for you and ask about large videography lenses.  This isn't something you're going to be doing by yourself with no prior knowledge, and while working on other things at the same time.  In fact, you probably won't even be able to lift it by yourself.  I'd consider hiring the guys at Nat-Geo, and plan to bring a large down-payment.  Perhaps if you were more specific about your distance requirements, a better solution could be suggested.
