Horrible, horrible customer service at Camtech in Montreal

Ok, so you work hard to save money, and then you go to a store, almost ready to spend a grand, and you are expecting be treated like a highly valued customer. But an horrible thing happens: They don't roll out a red carpet for you and, gasp, they almost ignore you. How can they do that to you!

If you call horrible service what you describe, you have very little life experience indeed and you come across as being somewhat vengefull. It's as if you were thinking : "let's tell everyone to stop buying from them, and they will see that they should have paid attention to ME."

You live your life the way you see fit, but since you posted this here, let me offer unsollicited advice: When a seller ignore you, just ask him to pay attention, that's it. If you want to be fair and helpfull, tell the owner you would have liked more consideration from his employees and that for this reason you decided to buy from someone else. That is fair. Telling everyone to avoid them because a seller wasn't in the mood to give excellent service one day is unfair and will not make you feel good about yourself on the long run. Quite the contrary.

Do the things that are "right". It will make you feel good about yourself, and the better you feel about yourself, the better service you'll get. Experience this for yourself.
